The Holy Writ By Whose Hand Was The Bible Written: Books of the Old Testament and the New Testament were written by men of God.

And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed, after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spoke the Holy Ghost by Esaias the prophet to our fathers,” - Acts 28:25b (NKJV)
For it is not you that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaks in you.” - Matthew 10:20 (NKJV)
God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, Has in these last days spoken to us by his Son, whom he has appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;” - Hebrews 1:1-2 (NKJV)

God's Writings in the Old Testament:
In particular, He wrote down His Holy will according to which we have to live and what he asks of us. Through Moses, He issued the 10 commandments of God. Through the prophets, He brought up the people of Israel in preparation for the birth of Christ, and gave the promise that he will send the Messiah to save the people.
What was written by God Almighty in the New Testament?
In the New Testament, the grace of God in Christ is revealed to us, a joyful message is announced to us, that the heavenly Father sent the Messiah, Jesus Christ, who prepared salvation to all people and calls them back to Him.
The Bible educates a human and is the mirror of his deeds
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” - Matthew 4:4 (NKJV)
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished to all good works.” - 2. Timothy 3:16-17 (NKJV)
Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honor your father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise; That it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth. And, you fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.” - Ephesians 6:1-4 (NKJV)
My son, forget not my law; but let your heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to you.” - Proverbs 3:1-2 (NKJV)
And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to children, My son, despise not you the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when you are rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loves he chastens, and whips every son whom he receives.” - Hebrews 12:5-6 (NKJV)
See that none render evil for evil to any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. Rejoice ever more. Pray without ceasing.” - 1. Thessalonians 5:15-17 (NKJV)
Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:” - Ecclesiastes 8:11-12 (NKJV)
Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw near, when you shall say, I have no pleasure in them;” - Ecclesiastes 12:1 (NKJV)
For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass wither, and the flower thereof falls away: But the word of the Lord endures for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached to you.” - 1. Peter 1:24-25 (NKJV)
